An on-site Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of L'Esprit Condominiums, including staff and contractor supervision, building and grounds maintenance, and providing ongoing advice to the Board of Directors. Contact the Management Office with questions and building issues.

The Property Manager is an employee of Philmor Group Ltd., a local company that built the L'Esprit Condominiums in the late 1980s, and has provided property management services since, under a contract with the Condo Corporation that is reviewed and renegotiated by the Board of Directors at regular intervals.
