The two buildings in L’Esprit Condominiums (MTCC905), 15 Maitland Place and 60 Homewood Avenue both have unique suite designs.

15 Maitland Place

15 Maitland Place is a 21-storey high-rise containing 240 units. Its north face (over Maitland Place) looks over Jarvis Collegiate. It is connected, through the B1 Level, to the townhouses and upper level suites of 60 Homewood Avenue. Its south face overlooks a courtyard, gazebo, and the south wing of 60 Homewood.

60 Homewood Avenue

60 Homewood Avenue is an L-shaped low-rise building containing ground-level townhouses and upper level suites. It is connected to the 15 Maitland Place high-rise described above through the B1 Level. Units in the east wing (running parallel to 60 Homewood Avenue) face east over Homewood Avenue, or west over the inner courtyard. Units in the south wing face north over the inner courtyard, or south over adjoining property.
