L'ESPRIT FAQ[ABOUT L'ESPRIT]

L'Esprit Condominiums is registered as Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation 905 (MTCC 905). The five member Board of Directors administers the affairs of MTCC 905. The complex consists of one high-rise (15 Maitland Place), one low-rise (60 Homewood Avenue) and 3 units in an historic house (5 & 7 Maitland Place, 82 Homewood Avenue).

Guided by the Condominium Act the Property Manager works closely with the Board of Directions and residents to ensure a well-managed & safe community. [more info]


Building Security

Security personnel are on duty 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. There are also closed-circuit television cameras. In addition to the cameras, the security personnel patrol the grounds and parking garage. Residents need key fobs to enter the building, the fitness and garbage facilities.

Besides monitoring the cameras and patrolling the grounds, Security also:

  • Manage reservations for building facilities
  • Manage visitor parking passes
  • Accept deliveries for residents
  • Manage after hours emergencies

Community Living

All units receive a Resident Information Package which includes general information for residents (e.g. storage, pets), suite information (e.g. instructions on unit alarms, heating and air conditioning) and details about the amenities like the recreation and roof deck areas.


Laundry Facilities

Although most suites in the complex have en suite laundry facilities, there are coin-operated, industrial-sized washers and dryers in the laundry room on the B1 level of 60 Homewood Avenue.


Owners and Residents

L'Esprit Condominiums offers its residents access to front desk services, amenity booking, repair notices, bulletin board, event calendar, and parcel notifications through the Building Link Service. Please contact the Management Office at management@lespritcondos.ca to request the sign-up form.

Visitor Parking

Visitor parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis for guests, with a parking permit to be obtained from Security.

If there are no spaces available in the visitor parking area, street parking may be used. Street parking is available between 7:00 am and midnight, but is limited to 1 hour between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. From midnight to 7:00 am street parking is restricted to permit holders.
